Prior to joining Anchorage in 2008, Simon worked with both public and private companies including, James Hardie Industries, Consolidated Press Holdings, Tab Limited and Crown Casino.

Simon holds a Masters of Applied Finance from Macquarie University and is a member of the Certified Practising Accountants in Australia.
