Prior to joining Anchorage in 2014, Hayden was an Investment Banking Associate at Morgan Stanley for 5 years working on M&A and capital market transactions in the financial sponsors and general industrials sectors.

Hayden received a PLD from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering (First Class Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University.
