Prior to joining Anchorage in 2017, Beau was the Head of Financial Sponsors in the M&A division of KPMG and held positions at Investec, RBS, Ironbridge and Fortress Investment Group.

Beau is an Aresty Scholar of The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania (Executive Development Program and Global Strategic Leadership Program) and holds a Bachelor of Business (Finance & International Finance) from the University of Technology Sydney (International Exchange Scholarship).
