Investment Overview

Prior to Anchorage’s acquisition, David Jones was a non-core division of JSE listed Woolworths Holdings Ltd. The business had been impacted by COVID lockdowns and restrictions, though had recently undertaken a major strategic refresh, with renewed focus on flagship stores and digital capability.

With Anchorage’s experience, capital commitment and investment, David Jones will continue to execute its Vision 2025+ strategy, which capitalises on its privileged market position and brand value.
