Prior to joining Anchorage in 2025, George has gained over twelve years of investing and operational experience across leading private equity, investment banking and ASX10 Organisations such as Wesfarmers Group / Wesfarmers Health, Affinity Equity Partners and Deutsche Bank.

George holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce majoring in finance from the University of Auckland, New Zealand.
