Prior to joining Anchorage in 2025, Emma was an Investment Manager at Crescent Capital Partners in Sydney, where she was involved in the execution and management of investments across various industries. Prior to this, Emma was a Management Consultant at Bain & Company and a Strategy Manager at Woolworths.

Emma received a Bachelor of Commerce / Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Auckland.
