Rubicon8, based in Victoria, delivers managed IT services, cloud solutions, cyber security, and enterprise mobility to the mid-market.

The combination of these two businesses will form a diversified platform with broad coverage across Australia’s East Coast. The platform will be well positioned for further M&A in a fragmented industry.

Anchorage will partner with the ENTAG management teams to accelerate expansion through organic growth and strategic M&A – leveraging the combined strengths of both businesses, scaling systems and processes, and deploying the Anchorage value-creation playbook.
