Anchorage Acquires Access Community Health

Anchorage Capital Partners ("ACP") has acquired New Zealand’s second largest in-home care provider, Access Community Health ("ACH").

ACH is based in Wellington, New Zealand and provides in-home personal care and domestic assistance to a range of elderly, injured and disabled clients, as well as in-home nursing services.

Care is provided by a workforce of over 3,200 providing services to over 33,000 clients in New Zealand. ACH has strong funder relationships and contracts with all the major Government funders in New Zealand.

ACH is the third investment of Anchorage Capital Partners Fund IV since its first close less than 6 months ago, joining existing Fund IV portfolio assets Evolve Education and David Jones.

ACP will be represented on the Board of ACH by Callen O'Brien and Jason Phillips with Jasmine Wang joining them on the Operations Committee.
