TJS provides facilities maintenance and cleaning services for customers at +2,500 sites across Australia. The business provides services to customers in the government, hospitality, education, healthcare, corporate and entertainment sectors. TJS directly employs over 400 staff and is headquartered in Sydney, Australia.
In September 2017, Anchorage acquired TJS from its founder and other state-based shareholders. Since its establishment in 1994, TJS has successfully expanded its services across Australia. More recently, TJS strengthened its construction and maintenance service offering with the acquisition of CSG from the NSW Government.
Anchorage expects TJS will benefit from a simplified ownership structure and the execution of a comprehensive performance improvement program. This program, together with increased strategic focus and investment, will leverage TJS’ national footprint and high-quality customer base.
Simon Woodhouse is Chairman of TJS and is joined on the Board by Daniel Wong. Hayden Neeland is assisting management with the turnaround plan.
