Dani is involved with our transaction teams across a broad range of areas, specialising in the areas of due diligence and transaction support, debt arrangement, capital and tax structuring, working capital analysis, deal documentation, and transition services and has the primary portfolio responsibility for Bisalloy Steel. Internally, he is responsible for finance, tax, accounting, reporting, and compliance and coordinates our investor relations program. Dani has been a member of all investment and exit transaction teams in both Fund I and Fund II having joined us shortly after Fund I’s first closing in July 2008.
Dani has considerable local and international experience in M&A, corporate finance, capital structuring, portfolio management, financial modelling, transaction support, as well as fund accounting and administration. For three years prior to joining Anchorage, Dani held a senior management role for a Sydney based boutique mid-market advisory and investment manager and for six years before this, Dani held positions in public practice and performed other executive roles including directorships for both listed and private companies.
Dani is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of The Witwatersrand, a Master of Business from the Graduate School of Business, Bar-Ilan University as well as a Master of Accounting from the University of New South Wales.
