Michael has extensive turnaround management experience through 12 years of management consulting, focusing on performance improvement, M&A and strategic projects. He has been actively involved as an investor and director for over 10 years on transactions including PayConnect Solutions (now ADP), Smart Salary and Omni Plastics Group.

Michael has substantial board experience and is currently Chairman of Acrow Formwork & Scaffolding Pty Limited and the not-for profit, Northcott Society.
