Mark has over 20 years experience in international and publicly listed organisations, with leveraged buyouts, and with all aspects of financial, strategic and operational management.   Prior to joining Anchorage, Mark was both an investor and senior executive in two private equity funded management buyouts in the retail and advertising/marketing sectors respectively, where he was instrumental in significantly increasing the value of the investments. Prior to this, he spent many years in senior financial and operations roles in publicly traded companies, most latterly as Chief Financial Officer of John Fairfax Holdings, one of Australia’s leading publishing groups.

Mark is Chairman of Antares Restaurant Group Ltd (New Zealand Burger King Franchise).
